Anastasia is a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga teacher. She holds Kundalini Yoga and Meditation classes as well as teaches at Teacher Trainings. Anastasia's journey is fueled by a passion for mindfulness and presence, guiding others toward a healthier lifestyle through intentional living, preventing burnouts, and developing intuition for better guidance.
