Naomi is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and trauma-informed yoga teacher whose work lives at the meeting point of nervous-system science and embodied practice. She guides students through polyvagal-based movement, orienting, and gentle titrated release — helping them build capacity to feel, stay, and soften without overwhelm.
