Emma brings Dutch directness and precision to the world of Pilates. A former professional gymnast who represented the Netherlands internationally, she transitioned into Pilates after a career-ending injury and discovered its profound rehabilitative power. Now she helps clients build core strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility through both reformer and mat Pilates. Her classes are technically precise, progressively challenging, and incredibly effective. Emma also specializes in backbend workshops and advanced flexibility training.
